All of our experts start in the same place, that this change should be better than the last. Not perfect, not fancy, just simply better. Here are three ways we can help:
Parachute: hit a troubling spot, or already up to you neck in it. A parachute day will help unpick you problem and set you action orientated next steps. We’ll be with you one day and gone the next, and you’ll be better because of it.
Problem to solution: we’ll work together to redefine your problems so they can actually be solved. We’ll agree actions and owners based on the biggest risks and best opportunities. These sessions tend to be 2-5 days over a ‘few’ weeks.
Interim: got a gap in your capability, capacity need bolstering? We can partner with you to delivery some clear and defined outcomes, whilst building capability with those we work with. We can work together for 2 weeks or 2 months. We’re good with fractional, but we won’t plan to be ‘in’ your office for all of it.
