We keep working with us as simple as possible, because change is already complex. We offer two models: Dedicated and Partnered.
- Dedicated is exactly as it sounds; you can bring in a single person or an entire team to run the change for you. We’ll partner with you and work toward shared outcomes. You can expect us to do the heavy lifting, to enable you to lead from the front flanked by expertise.
- Partnered is our shared model. We will provide the guidance, leadership and oversight for your change, and you and your people will be enabled to deliver it. We’ll stay in the background providing assurance, collateral and expert capability. This will always be the better option for your organisation and double win, the least expensive way of going about it, so if you can field your own team this is our preferred way of working with you.
